At Plumpd, we take great care to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer care team at info@plumpd.co.uk with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions for returning your item if eligible.

Please do not send products back to us without prior authorisation, as we may not be able to process the return.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error.

5. Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@plumpd.co.uk with photos and a brief description of the issue.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
If the issue persists, contact us at info@plumpd.co.uk and we will assist you promptly.

8. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We may ask for photographs to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
